Liverpool offices refurbished as serviced space.
Commercial property Bruntwood has refurbished office space in Liverpool following the departure of its previous tenants, the Home Office. The developers revamped 9,500 square feet of office space on the sixth floor at The Plaza. The building is located within the heart of Liverpool’s business district and is expected to attract new clients fairly quickly.
Bruntwood refurbished the offices into a serviced space. This means that the next tenant will move into a furnished space complete with furniture such as office desks and chairs. This now means that The Plaza now features two floors of serviced office space in addition to 12 traditional offices and ground level meeting rooms.
“Despite the fact that we added an additional floor last year demand for our serviced offices has always been strong within The Plaza,” commented Bruntwood’s sales director Andrew Butterworth.
Previously the Home Office occupied half of the overall sixth floor. The firm were only contractedon a short term temporary lease and left as soon as the lease period had ended. Following the refurbishment by Bruntwood the office now provides 86 serviced office workstations.
The property firm is focusing on expanding its already substantial serviced office space portfolio.Currently Bruntwood has 2,000 desks across 12 different buildings in Knutsford, Cheadle, Altrincham,Leeds,
Birmingham, Liverpool and
Manchester.
