Manchester, has successfully signed five new tenants for serviced
office space.
The business centre in Manchester city centre will now be occupied by design agency Detail Creative, building services firm Futureserv, programming recruitment company TM Silver Recruitment, Oke Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching and Azimi Hypnotherapy.
The Triangle is run by Forsyth Business Centres, who look after the 31,000 sq ft space on behalf of Aviva. (more…)

A new report shows that Tokyo, Japan is the most expensive city to rent
office space in. The report shows the average cost of opening an office in Tokyo is around €1,441 per square metre per year.
Tokyo has beat Hong Kong as the most pricey location to open up office space. Hong Kong was also beaten by
London‘s West End. Prices for office space in Hong Kong have fallen to €1,207 per square metre per year. (more…)

office space development in West Bromwich has been forward purchased by Invista Foundation Property Trust for a reported £15 million.
The development is set to be completed in August 2011 and is subject to conditions which are being set within the next three months time. Invista plan to let the property near

The Lanarkshire business park Maxim has signed its first office tenant. The 750,000 sq ft purpose built office park has signed Currie & Brown, an asset management consultancy.
The firm are reported to have signed a lease for 12,000 sq ft of
office space for £17/sq ft. A long rent free period is reported but not yet confirmed.
The Maxim development scheme is funded by a mix of traditional bank funding and tax incentivised enterprise zone investors. This means that potential tenants can benefit from long interest free periods and less pressure on repayments. (more…)
Commercial property consultant FG Burnett has reported a high level of
office space market activity in Aberdeen. They say optimism in the business sector has improved greatly and demands have increased.
They believe that these signals point to a strong recovery in the Aberdeen office space market. Rents have stayed at the same pricing level, but now potential tenants are benefiting from better incentives and packages. (more…)
