New office development to be opened by BT and Serviced Office Group.
BT and Serviced Office Group (SOG) have announced that 
office space in the Westside Hemel Centre will be opened soon. The site will provide around 100,000 square feet of office space.
The companies revealed that the site will be opening within the following 2 months. It is expected that an eclectic variety of businesses will occupy the space. Technology Company Epson have already signed a lease agreement for 54,000 square feet, over half the available space. (more…)

Environmentally friendly office development is 70% leased.
A environmentally friendly mixed use office development has reached occupancy levels of 70%. The Leeds based ‘Greenhouse’ was built only last year by development company Citu. The project was partly a re-furbishing and partly a re-build of a 1930s hostel, Shaftesbury House.
The building provides an overall amount of 15,000 square feet of office space. A diverse range of tenants occupies the building including architects, designers and those within the creative industries. (more…)

Savills has announced it is expanding its presence in Liverpool and moving to larger offices located in the Princes Dock development.
Currently the company occupies space in Water Street within the city. Savills will take up 2,330 square feet of office space on the first floor of Building 8 on the riverside.
