Liverpool offices to be leased by Savills

Savills to move to new offices in Liverpool.

Real estate company to lease Liverpool dockside offices.

Savills has announced it is expanding its presence in Liverpool and moving to larger offices located in the Princes Dock development.

Currently the company occupies space in Water Street within the city. Savills will take up 2,330 square feet of Rent office space office spaceoffice space on the first floor of Building 8 on the riverside. The high quality office space in the Princes Dock development will allow the company to accommodate more employees in the North West.

“The move to Princes Dock marks an expansion for Savills in Liverpool as we grow our team to allow for the increasing workload we are winning through our public sector business,” commented Kieran Rainsford, director of Savills’ public sector team.

The Princes Dock development is a popular location for businesses based within Liverpool. It spans 14.5 hectares and is located in the heart of the £6 billion redevelopment scheme that aims to improve the city’s waterfront.

The offices themselves are located next to the iconic Liver Building and is in close proximity to tourist attractions such as the TATE and The Beatles museum. Other companies based in the Princes Dock development include Coutts Bank, KMPG and PricewatherhouseCoopers.
