Harvey Nash to open new Manchester offices.
Manchester commercial property leased to recruitment specialists.
Global recruitment and IT outsourcing group Harvey Nash has announced it is to extend its ever growing network of offices in the UK. The first development is a new office in Manchester, the company has taken new space at Lowry House on Marble Street. The new offices will help the company to increase its presence in the Midlands.
The Manchester commercial property will be used as a dedicated recruitment hub due to increased demand for technology experts in the area. In fact, trends in the North West show a promising future for professionals along the lines of web specialists, software developers and IT leaders.
“With organisations such as the BBC relocating a number of key departments to Salford Quays, and many other creative digital roles being created – by companies both large and small – it is a great time to be expanding into Manchester and the North West. We are confident that the skilled IT talent exists here to support our fast growing clients and we have already hosted a major CIO summit in the city to discuss the opportunities ahead,” commented Harvey Nash operations manager Jonathan Potter.
The company also owns offices in Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh, Dublin, Surrey and London. Harvey Nash has already been retained to provide support to a range of high profile clients in the North West of England. These include Co-Op, Electricity North West and Yodel.
