MWB Profits Up
MWB Business Exchange are reporting a healthy rise in profits, fueled by companies who need to reduce overheads whilst maintaining a flexible workspace solution. Their profits increased 5 percent in 2008 to 14 million pounds with revenues up 19pct to £118.7 million.
With uncertainty rife among businesses, not knowing whether they are likely to expand or contract, the need for a flexible workspace solution has never been better. This is why companies such as MWB and others have seemingly been benefiting in this economic downturn, as mentioned on office news resource Choregus in 2007.
The boss of MWB said that companies that choose serviced office space could make savings of 30pct on their business costs. And it is not just start up companies and SME’s that can benefit – larger companies often use business centres for new locations and project outsourcing.
