Regus renovate old Lehman Conference Centre
A London-based conference centre that was previously owned by Lehman Brothers has been reopened by global serviced office company Regus. The company has spent £100k renovating the site at 1 Broadgate Circle, near Liverpool Street train station. The improvements include a 200-seat conference room, state of the art audio-video technology, new meeting rooms plus a business lounge. These new facilities allow for Regus members to use the drop in facilities when they are in the area.
Regus recently commented that they had boosted occupancy levels in their city offices by accommodating City workers who had started their own businesses off the back of redundancy from larger banking institutions. No doubt the addition of another business lounge in a prime City location will be popular with local business people.
