The independent SSAS and Family Pension Trust practioner, Rowanmoor, have announced plans to extend their office space in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Since the company’s launch in 2006, they’ve gone from strength to strength and now need more commercial property to accommodate their expanding work force. Rowanmoor will now occupy office space on the first and second floors of Castle House in Castle Street as well as the whole of Rowanmoor House and Sarum House. The new space will house the sales support, finance department and marketing.

The company have been successful in spite of the recession, due to the launch of it’s SSIP in May and the continued success of the Family Pension Trust. In July it reported that it’s Family Pension Trust had almost doubled the funds under administration over 18 months, managing £133 million for it’s members – up from £73 million in in January 2008.

They also have an administration centre in in Bolton and regional offices in Bolton, London and Burgess Hill.
