Allied London to construct innovative Spinningfields office tower

London has unveiled plans to construct an innovative office tower at Spinningfields, Manchester.
Dubbed i+, the tower will cost £14 million to construct and will consist of 160,000 sq ft spread across seven floors.
Developer Allied London has announced it is to build a brand new seven storey office tower in the heart of Manchester city centre.
The i+ site at Spinningfields will create 160,000 sq ft of space and has been designed to appeal exclusively to firms in the media and tech industries. According to the firm’s chief executive Mike Ingall the tower will be like “seven warehouses on top of each other” on Hardman Boulevard. (more…)
