Liverpool Innovation Park’s Baird House reaches full occupancy
New expansion by existing tenants means Liverpool Innovation Park’s Baird House has reached 100% occupancy.
Increased demand by current tenants means the business centre on the Edge Lane Campus in Liverpool is now completely full.
Liverpool Innovation Park‘s Baird House has reached 100% occupancy after a host of current tenants agreed to take more space within the complex on the Edge Lane Campus. Expansion plans by existing tenants including games firm Spiral House and technology company Crosby Systems mean the 33,000 sq ft refurbished property is now fully let.
Home to 25 businesses, Baird House offers high quality office space over three floors and is set in landscaped grounds within the former Marconi HQ site. The park’s innovation manager Dr Mark Tock believes it is the centre’s flexible approach to expansion that has encouraged a host of tenants to take on extra space within Baird House. (more…)
