GVA Grimley expands office space at Brindleyplace
Following recent expansions, GVA Grimley have announced they have taken on more office space at
Birmingham‘s Brindleyplace.
The firm were one of the development’s flagship tenants and their office space extension means they now occupy 33,260 sq ft over the ground, first and fourth floors. GVA Grimley first took space at Three Brindleyplace in 1998 and the new expansion means they’ve increased their office space occupation by a fifth. The property consultant has grown employee numbers to 350 following expansion within a number of areas including Property Management, Insolvency and Building and Property Management Accounts. (more…)
