Environmentally friendly office development is 70% leased.
A environmentally friendly mixed use office development has reached occupancy levels of 70%. The Leeds based ‘Greenhouse’ was built only last year by development company Citu. The project was partly a re-furbishing and partly a re-build of a 1930s hostel, Shaftesbury House.
The building provides an overall amount of 15,000 square feet of office space. A diverse range of tenants occupies the building including architects, designers and those within the creative industries. (more…)
