Edinburgh office space is healthy according to report
Edinburgh has a healthy office sector according to a survey by DTZ.
Edinburgh commercial property had a good year with a 20% higher take up in office space throughout 2010 compared with 2009 take up rates according to a report by property experts DTZ.
The report also states that the success relates to firms taking on more office space in the city and is based on the Scottish capital’s relative economic prosperity.
While the city saw office take up rise to 20% in 2010 as opposed to 2009 levels, Edinburgh is still 10% down on the ten year average.
