L’Arche sign up for new office space in Edinburgh
International charity L’Arche has announced it is to take new office space in Edinburgh.
Highcross Strategic Advisors has secured the firm as the latest tenant at its Sugar Bond development in Leith. The move means L’Arche will take on 2,500 sq ft at the 17,663 sq ft office centre to act as its new Edinburgh headquarters. The charity has signed a 10 year FRI lease with a break at year 5. L’Arche operates in 30 countries and works hard to create a community for people with learning disabilities as well as those who live with/support them. (more…)
