Some would argue that a “serviced office is a serviced office” and that this infers that they are pretty much of a muchness inside. Many corporate style suites will be similar in appearance because this is what the majority of tenants will demand. The reason serviced offices have been so successful with corporates as they know that they can move into one, wherever that may be from Atlanta to Zurich, and that they will know what to expect.

Sir Stelios to open more Serviced Offices

easyOffice is expanding it’s network of serviced offices. easyoffice has enlisted the help of Devono to help increase it’s portfolio of centres from four to a target of over 30 by Autumn 2010. The majority of these new centres will be in Rent London office spaceLondon. easyoffice chief executive Mark Smith said: ‘The market is right for this. There are deals that hitherto would not have been offered to serviced offices. And there is still demand – this country is full of entrepreneurs and they will keep on coming.’

easyoffice, which started from one business centre in Kensington, now operates in Rent Camden office spaceCamden, Rent Mayfair office spaceMayfair, and Rent Glasgow office spaceGlasgow. It is also believed to be wanting to open centres in Cheshire and Rent Nottingham office spaceNottingham. The company will be both buying properties and well as looking for lease or profit share agreements. Mark Smith revealed that to rent an office with easyoffice, tenants need not put down a deposit and could rent a desk from just £70 per week. The company will continue to provide Rent office space office spaceoffice space for entrepreneurs and start-up businesses.

Mark Smith said that people knew what to expect with the easybrand. He gave an insigt into his daily working life – ‘I have a weekly meeting with Stelios. The first question is who we have signed this week. It is always entrepreneurs, such as a language person, a property person, finance – we love that.’ Although the current plans are for the UK only, the company has not ruled out European expansion.
