office space in Paris. Located in the plush Parisian district of Versailles, the head office of construction firm Bouygues Construction has become the first building in the world to achieve a triple accreditation – meaning it has secured the highest green certification by three separate benchmarking bodies.
The UK’s BREEAM accrediting association bestowed its highest accolade of “Outstanding” on the green office space, while France’s Passeport HQE awarded “Exceptional” and the U.S. certification body LEED stamped it “Platinum”.

An abandoned reservoir is to be turned into green office space in East Yorkshire.
Plans have been unveiled for Watershed in North Ferriby which will boast a host of eco-friendly credentials.
A forgotten reservoir in East Yorkshire is to be turned into an eco-friendly office space facility according to reports out this week.
Developer and chartered engineer Richard Bennett has unveiled plans to transform the reservior in North Ferriby into modern work space which will build on the site’s existing green credentials. He hopes to turn the reservoir, which is set below ground level, into one of the most innovative eco-buildings in the North of England. (more…)
Two environmental groups have started to share eco-friendly office space at Highlands Meadow, North Jersey.
Skylands CLEAN and the Passaic River Coalition (PRC), who specialise in environmental protection and water purity, hosted their grand opening this Sunday
In-keeping with their environmental policies on recycling and reusing materials, the new office space is actually a renovated farm house, the Highlands Meadow Farm in Ringwood.
