Manchester offices.
King Street offices leased out by WHR Property Consultants.
Commercial real estate agents WHR Property Consultants has acquired over 5,000 square feet of office space in Manchester’s King Street. The building is located at 82 King Street and is placed in the heart of the city’s centre. The company purchased the office space on behalf of reputable insurance brokers Caunce O’ Hara. The property is a Grade 1 listed building and was formerly used as a banking hall.
The company has taken out a long term 10 year lease for the price of around £25 per square foot. Caunce O’ Hara claim the reason for the move is the need for additional office space thanks to rapid company expansion. The firm currently occupies smaller office space at City Wharf in New Bailey Street.
