Reports suggest a major boom in tech take-up of office space as the UK continues to boom on the digital world scene.
A host of tech incubators are cropping up in London and nationwide, led by the likes of Google, Seedcamp and Mozilla Spaces, where young companies and digital start-ups can work co-operatively in shared spaces.
Facebook has announced plans to relocate its London base from Soho to Covent Garden.
The social media giant will lease a 36,000 sq ft building in Central London in 2012.

The social networking conglomerate has shunned Shoreditch’s Silicon Roundabout in favour of a 36,000 sq ft listed office property in the heart of Central London. In addition to the relocation of its 70-strong UK advertising sales team, the company is expected to recruit new staff as part of the expansion in the next 12 months. (more…)
