Manchester Science Parks.
In addition to taking ownership, Bruntwood plans to double the size of the campus in the next decade.
Property developer Bruntwood is believed to be in advanced discussions to acquire a majority interest in Manchester Science Parks.
The Manchester Evening News reports that in addition to taking a controlling stake, the firm also plans to double the size of the 240,000 sq ft Corridor campus near Oxford Road in the next decade. It’s thought Bruntwood have put aside as much as £20 million for the acquisition and expansion plans. (more…)
