Plans have been submitted that could see the creation of a new major landmark building in Southampton, if this latest element of a £24 million regeneration scheme is given the go-ahead.
What was once the NXP site and today is Endeavour Park, a 3-floor office building has been planned that is hoped to provide 27,555 square feet of new
office space, 300 parking spaces and 300 new jobs.

A new project to construct new
office space for a housing agency – due for construction later this year – could bring over a hundred new jobs to Abergele, in North Wales.
Housing agency, Cartrefi Conwy, is set to establish £2.5 million worth of new headquarters on the North Wales Business Park to provide more office space for its expanding business as well as public community areas.

In an annoucement on 10th May 2010, EON has committed to
office space in
Nottingham. The energy company agreed a deal that is expected to be ready for early 2012.
The premises will be located at the corner of Burton and North Church streets. The developer EON selected is Miller Birch, who can take pride with this being the UK’s greenest office with environmental building features being top of their list. This gives it a BREEAM excellent rating and an ‘A’ rating on its Energy Performance rating.
EON Customer Service Director said of the planned move “Subject to planning approval, the building will be fitted out and ready for us to into by June 2012. when our lease at Newland House expires.
“We have incorporated sustaniable design principles, enery effciency and green technologies to provide a first-class workplace for our staff.”
The planning application by Montpellier Estates for the new City One development in
Leeds has been submitted.
The 10-acre site is to be situated near the southern entrances to Leeds. It is planned to a mixed use development, comprising of Grade A
office space, retail, hotels and a casino. Previously the site was planned to be the proposed Leeds Area back in 2008, however the plans were terminated in Leeds City Council. (more…)

office space at a
Manchester business park. The business park is near to Manchester Airport and one of its buildings was recently vacated by iSoft, a health-care software company.
Building 1000 has now been fully refurbished since iSoft’s departure and is offered as a whole or floor suites from 11,532 sq ft. It has been over five years since any space has been available for lease at the Manchester Business Park.
