Manchester office ‘lease swap’, Royal and Sun Alliance move into Piccadilly
DWF and Guardian Media Group have swapped offices in Manchester, while Royal and Sun Alliance have taken control of four office floors in Piccadilly.
Manchester has been the setting for some very significant office property deals as two businesses swap offices with each other and one firm moves into new premises.
The first deal involves law firm DWF and Guardian Media Group agreeing to a ‘lease swap’, while the second deal revolves around Royal and Sun Alliance accepting terms to take on office space in the city centre. (more…)
