Over 50,000 square feet of commercial property in Cardiff was sold in the last three months.
Office space in Cardiff has received a boost during the past three months with 50,000 square feet leased, however the picture is less rosy for the future.
Cardiff city-centre office space has leased out close to 50,000 square feet following sales of Grade B offices in the third quarter of this calendar year. Although this figure might sound impressive it does represent a lower than hoped for investment into the Welsh capital.
The majority of the deals have resulted in Grade B properties being taken on by businesses, with only 3,000 square feet of Grade A property let in the centre. (more…)
