Manchester’s office property is showing signs of flourishing as two companies have moved into new offices in the Greater Manchester area.

Manchester firm Amaze PLC are moving to new office headquarters in Number One First Street – the company will take the complete top floor of office space.

The site will encompass 16,500 square feet in the centre of Manchester and house 120 of the staff within the northwestern city. (more…)

Everton score with successful office space application

Everton’s new plans to build a new office site at Goodison Park have been given the go-ahead by Liverpool City Council.

Liverpool City Council have granted Everton planning permission to build offices in a multi-purpose development by Goodison Park.

More office space to be created in Preston

Preston is ready to expand its existing office property as Roundhouse invests in the city.

At least 60,000 square feet of Rent office space office spaceoffice space is to be created in Preston as Roundhouse develops a second site in the city.

Roundhouse Properties are creating more office buildings in Preston following the completion of one office site and the building of another one.

The sites are based at South Rings Village and  Fulwood Park. The news is a much needed ballast for the area after a report claimed it could suffer a loss of public sector jobs.
