The local council for Aberdeen have rejected plans that we put forward to create a major redevelopment of 
office space in the city centre.
Carlton Rock, a city centre developer had made plans to take the site of former Oakbank School in Midstocket Road and turn it into offices that Aberdeen is desperate for.

Aberdeen office space proves popular among investors as cost of London properties remains significantly higher.
As the UK recovers from the recession and UK office space remains popular, Aberdeen and other regional areas are currently popular; however there is still a degree of uncertainty surrounding the result of the election and what effect this will have on public sector employment and funding.
