The British Chamber of Commerce has selected the location for its new office, with the city of Coventry being selected by the organisation.
Representing over 100,000 businesses in the UK, The British Chamber of Commerce opted to locate their office space in Coventry having has a presence in the city centre for nearly 20 years, having previously been located in the commercial premises of the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.

One Cornwall Street, Birmingham, has leased its second floor on a five-year-lease.
VRS Vericlaim, a claims management and independent loss adviser, has agreed a lease on 2,074 sq ft worth of 
office space on the second floor of One Cornwall Street.

According to Savills Estate Agents, the potential for growth in Coventry city centre should not be underestimated.
Though the city is small in comparison to nearby Birmingham, it has managed to secure many major businesses based in the centre, such as Jaguar Land Rover, BT, AXA and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
