Basepoint are to offer a 20% discount to all firms who rent offices before 31 March.

A company in Worcestershire is doing its best to alleviate the VAT increase which is now starting to be felt in the UK following its implementation on 4 January.

Basepoint, an office rental company have decided to pass on a 20% saving across 2011 to each company who rent office space on their sites.

The deal will apply to all firms who move in between January and the end of the financial year in March.

One Cornwall Street, Birmingham, has leased its second floor on a five-year-lease.

VRS Vericlaim, a claims management and independent loss adviser, has agreed a lease on 2,074 sq ft worth of office space on the second floor of One Cornwall Street.
