Scotland continues to attract business as the 
office space in Edinburgh and Glasgow is more in demand than ever, according to statistics.
Overviewing office space take-up across the UK, Edinburgh and Glasgow together made up a total 42% of all offices taken in the second quarter of 2012 – as indicated in a report released by GVA.

Thames Valley office space take-up remains level.
The rate of take-up for 2011 was the same as that in 2010.
Statistics have revealed that the rate of office space being taken-up in Thames Valley has remained stable over Q4 of 2011.
The stats by Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) state that there has been a plateau in the area over the past two years. (more…)
