Debenhams leases new London office space

Retail outlet Debenhams has announced that it will be taking up new office space in Regent’s Place in the heart of London’s West End. The office space is located within a building owned by major property investment and development firm British Land. The site is a 13 acre estate and Debenhams will take up 145,ooo square feet of high quality office space.
Regent’s Place contains 1.5 million square feet of space that is used by a multitude of companies. The mixed use development features retail, residential, office and even leisure space. British Land have been developing the site for around 25 years and have worked in conjunction with reputable architect Sir Terry Farrell. The property is divided up into various sectors and British Land have got the space almost fully leased.
