A lack of construction activity has meant that supply has weakened with much of the existing office space being soaked up. Back in the pre credit crunch days of 2007, West End office rents very often breached the £125 mark per square foot. With the Private Equity business in full boom, companies lavished money on the most sought after office space, with money seemingly being no object.
