Office space in Wilmslow has been successfully leased over the past three months.
Wilmslow has been a hotbed of office deals over the past few months thanks to the efforts of Orbit Developments who have managed to lease out office space in commercial properties.
The Cheshire market town of Wilmslow has continued to feel the benefits of companies eager to invest in office property, partly in due to Orbit Developments managed-property attracting so much interest.
The company have been incredibly busy over the past few months, bringing in a total of eight deals amounting to over 12,500 square feet of office space.
A variety of firms have signed up to leasing properties in the town. Companies as diverse as Global Graphics, Chameleon Communications, Talent Resources, Evolve Energy, White Stuff, TNG, Lusis Payments and Sky Parlour PR have all taken on Orbit Development’s property portfolios.
Evolve Energy have taken up commercial property at Springfield House. The company who work in the UK energy market as service management consultants have taken up the option of 4,187 square feet of office space in the commercial building.
Chameleon Communications International has also agreed a lease on office space in Springfield House, agreeing to 4.946 square feet of commercial property. Elsewhere in the same building, Talent Resources have decided to move into smaller offices which is flexible enough to suit their needs.
A company who is a developer of edocument and printing software has expanded its original office space. Global Graphics Software have taken on an extra 1,350 square feet of office space in Barfield House, where they originally had 2.540 square feet of office space.
The office space taken on by TNG and White Stuff in Cresta House means that the entiure office block is fully leased. Both firms have taken on deals in the office’s smaller suites in the office building.
